1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the VaultMind Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

VaultMind is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to save AI conversations, social media threads, and web content directly into Google NotebookLM. The Extension operates entirely within your browser and communicates directly with Google's NotebookLM service using your existing Google authentication.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Extension. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts & Google Authentication

The Extension uses your existing Google session to interact with NotebookLM. We do not create separate user accounts. We do not store, access, or transmit your Google credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

5. Free and Pro Plans

• Free Plan: Includes basic features with a limit of 3 saves per day.
• Pro Plan: Unlocks unlimited saves and additional features. Available as a monthly subscription ($5.99/month), annual subscription ($49.99/year), or lifetime purchase ($149 one-time).

Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a Pro license, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through Lemon Squeezy's customer portal.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied, provided through Lemon Squeezy.
• Lifetime licenses are non-refundable after 14 days.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension.
• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Extension or Pro license keys.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or license validation.
• Use the Extension in a way that violates Google's Terms of Service for NotebookLM.

8. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of VaultMind. Your purchase of a Pro license grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Pro features. It does not transfer any ownership of the software.

9. Data & Privacy

We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data to our servers. All content processing happens locally in your browser. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

The Extension integrates with third-party services including Google NotebookLM and Lemon Squeezy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all systems. NotebookLM's API may change at any time, which could affect functionality.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the Extension or our website.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to Pro features if these terms are violated. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it.
